Barcelona has two busses that connect fast and easy with the Airport. The Barcelona Airport (“El Prat”) is located at 20km south of the city. As this airport has 2 separate terminals, there are two busses. Terminal T1 is recently opened and very modern while T2 was built for the Olympic Games of 1992.

You’ll find these busses easily: The are bright-blue and stop directly outside their corresponding terminal. Both connect directly to the city center with only 3 stops: The first at Plaza España, the second at Plaza Universidad and finally at Plaza Cataluya just in front of the Corte Ingles.

The price for a one-way ticket is € 4,25 though you can also buy a two-way ticket for € 7,30. Please note that the two-way ticket is valid for no more than 8 days.

The busses leave every 10 minutes between 05:30 AM and 01:00 AM (just after midnight)
